Our Vision: Ensuring growth in spirituality in ourselves and the local community, and valuing everyone’s ministry.

We are a friendly parish church that aims to be faithful in prayer, spread the gospel and serve the local community. There is Sunday worship at both churches in the parish each week, with a variety of services and times to meet the diverse needs of local people. We are aiming to develop our work with children and younger families.

Some of the other features of our church include:

·        A Prayer Healing Fellowship

·        Weekday communion services in church or local homes

·        Special services e.g. All Souls; Service for the Bereaved, Prayer for Healing, Remembrance Day and Christingle (at Candlemas)

·        Support to local and national charities including the Children’s Society and Christian Aid

·        Strong links with the local Methodist Church

·        Nationally renowned bells and bell ringers

·        Interesting local history

·        Church Room (St Mary’s) and Church Hall (St Paul’s) available for hire

We seek to provide a place and space for all, wherever we are on our spiritual journey. We welcome local people to come forward for baptism, confirmation and marriage in church. These services, and funerals, are usually held at St Mary’s.
